Personal data is stored securely in Google Workspace, on our Wix website host, and in limited paper records.

Access to customer data is strictly limited to Courage Travels’ management and, where required, authorized service providers (e.g., local guides, transport companies).

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Data is retained for five (5) years after the tour date for accounting, taxation, and legal compliance, unless longer retention is legally required or you request deletion earlier (where possible).

We only share the minimum necessary information with trusted third parties, such as:

Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional content must notify Courage Travels before the tour begins.
By notifying us, you ensure your image will not be used in public materials.

Our services are generally suitable for families and children when accompanied by an adult.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 18 without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

We use SSL-encrypted web connections, secure Google accounts, and restricted administrative access to minimize risk of unauthorized access or disclosure. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will promptly notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law.
